You cannot fool God, so don’t make a fool of yourself! You will harvest what you plant

Your life is like a garden; sow the right seeds in it by speaking the right words—words of faith that’ll make you blossom from glory to glory.

TO THE BIBLE Galatians 6:7 CEV

“You cannot fool God, so don’t make a fool of yourself! You will harvest what you plant.”

LET’S TALK

Julian thought being flippant was cool and it gained her acceptance with the in-crowd in school. She was always quick to tell anyone around her, “I’m a walking corpse; my doctor said my heart can switch off at any time. Even if I survive that, I’ll soon be on the street because my parents are on the verge of a divorce.”

Her friend Matilda one day asked her. “Julian, why do you talk about yourself the way you do? You’re always so negative!”

“But I’m only being honest. My problems defy solutions. So, whether I say them or not, what will be will be,” she retorted.

“No Julian. Your life is a reflection of your words; what you say is what you’ll have—good or bad. You’ve got to talk yourself up and out of trouble with faith-filled words.”

How true these words from Matilda are. It’s not God’s or anybody’s responsibility to ensure you live in victory, dominion, and prosperity. God has already given you all that’s necessary for you to enjoy a transcendent life in Christ. It’s now your responsibility to do something with what He’s given to you.

God’s Word is replete with teachings on the importance of using your tongue to chart your course and shape your future, for what you say is what you get (Mark 11 :23). Don’t join those who keep quiet and resign to fate, or worse, speak negatively of themselves. Instead, make positive declarations about your life every day, irrespective of the situations you face.

Go Deeper: Mark 11:22-23, Hebrews 13:5-6

Speak: My path is the path of the just, which shines brighter and brighter unto the perfect day! I make progress today with giant strides, by the power of the Spirit, and through the Word. My life is the testimony of God’s grace, mercy and divine provisions, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.

Act: This week, pick a situation you want to change, either at home, in school, in your body or in your nation and daily declare the change you desire to see concerning it.

SEPTEMBER 14, 2020: HE HAS MY HEART!

I declare that I’m in Christ, born again and full of the Holy Spirit. He has my heart! I have the life and nature of God in my heart. There’s a change in my heart; a transformation inside. I experience transformation and glory in my soul and body as a result of the impact and influence of the life and nature of God in my spirit. The Kingdom of God is set up in my heart. The Holy Spirit finds expression in my heart, dispensing His love through me. Out of the good treasures of my heart, I bring forth good. I’m mightily blessed by the Holy Spirit. I’m a life-giver. Thank You dear Father, for setting up your Kingdom in my heart. With my heart, I envision and apprehend the realities of the Gospel and of our Kingdom-life. I pray for the unsaved around the world, that their hearts be open to receive the Gospel, and be saved; that your power for salvation will mantle their hearts even now, in Jesus’ Name. Amen. Hallelujah!

It’s Important To Know And Use What You’ve Got In Christ

Rhapsody of Realities Confessions

SEPTEMBER 15, 2020: HE’S WITH ME AND IN ME!

I declare that the Holy Spirit is my comforter, helper, teacher, guide, standby, counsellor and advocate. He’s with me and in me; therefore, I can never be in the dark or miss my way in life. He lives in my heart and abides with me forever. I’m conscious of His presence in my life. Irrespective of what I may face in my life, divinity is at work in me! Greater is He that is in me than he that is in the world. I’m manifesting Christ; Christ in me, the hope of glory! Heaven is in me; The fullness of the Godhead is fully tabernacled in me, and expressed through me! Thank You dear Father, for the great honour and blessing of having Christ live in me by the Holy Spirit; by virtue of His indwelling and abiding presence, I’m infused with divine energy and supernatural wisdom to do the will of God, and live triumphantly over the devices of the evil one and the corrupting influences in this world. Hallelujah!
