There are three factors that are so important in life in your walk with God

There are three factors that are so important in life in your walk with God;

1. Purpose
2. Plan
3. Timing

If you become conscious of these three factors you will experience tremendous growth and development in your life and in everything you do.

1. Purpose

God has a purpose for everything that he does, Jesus had a purpose.
He said the thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly. John 10:10

For this purpose the son of God was manifested that he might destroy the works of the devil. 1John 3:8

GO TO CHURCH, NOT THE CLUB Don’t Have Commonality With Unbelievers

The son of man is come to seek and save that which was lost Luke 19:10
His purpose was very clear, he came to do the will of the father.

You were born for a purpose, you came to do the will of your father.

Acts 26:15
What is your purpose? Have you discovered your purpose for life? Do you know why you were born? if you haven’t found out, you can do that today. Be bold to ask the lord, he will tell you.

Often its revealed in our spirit. In our walk with God we discover our purpose, sometimes he will speak to you expressly like he did Paul, sometimes he will guide you into that purpose. Its important that you get to know God’s purpose for your life.

The generic purpose is that you were born for the glory of God.
You were born to walk with God, you were born to bring him honor. Let that purpose be established in your heart today, take a hold of that divine vision to bring him glory, that’s the purpose for your life.

2. Plan

What is God’s plan? In other words when you find out about your purpose, you want to follow in his plan. knowing God’s purpose is not enough. What is God’s plan of carrying out that purpose. God cares about plans , how things are done.

Now that you know his purpose are you following his plan? You have to see to it that you are functioning according to his plan.

It doesnt matter what you do, where you work, what business you do, are you following his plan for your business? are you following his plan for your family? for your finances?

A lot of times God’s children have problems that they find difficult to solve, sometimes they loose their jobs, their business, because they are not following God’s plan.
It’s one thing to understand Gods purpose, it’s another thing to follow in his plan. Learn to follow Gods plan it could save your life. 1Chronicles 15:13, Hebrews 8:5

God is always concerned that you carry things out according to the plan. Moses learnt a terrible lesson when he did things outside the plan of God. Numbers 20:7-13

God didn’t ask moses to strike the rock, God said talk to the rock, but Moses smote the rock twice, water came out all the same, but God wasnt happy with Moses.

Anger can make you loose the plan of God and do the wrong thing, Moses was angry with the people and he smite the rock twice water came out but God was angry with Moses, because of this Moses didnt complete his ministry. Just because it worked doesn’t mean you are in the plan of God. Did you know God has a plan for the things you do? are you doing things according to Gods plan?

If you want to serve God with your life follow his plan.If you don’t know his word you can’t follow his plan, his word reavels his plan and his spirit enlightens you to understand that plan.

Except the lord build the city they labour in vain that build it Pslam 127:1
He didnt say they are not building, but they are building and labouring in vain.
Why would you want to labour in vain. Why don’t you function according to His plan.

1. Establish his purpose for your life.
2. Understand the plan of God and follow.

There are little details in the plan of God, Moses didnt know how important this was, the rest of his ministry was hinged on a little instruction and he didnt know it.

The rock was Christ and Christ was only to be smitten once, after that you talk to him. He was crucified for us, after he was crucified that brought salvation to the whole world. You don’t have to crucify him again to get saved ,you call upon his name and you recieve salvation.

If you were starting a busines what’s the purpose, are you starting it to compete with someone? Are trying to prove something? Is God leading you?
Why do you want a particular venue? Is God leading you? Establish his purpose for your business for your family, finances etc.

Everything that God has given to you is primarily to expand his kingdom, your life is for a purpose don’t forget that. You are living for him, let that be established in your innermost being and then discover and function according to his plan.

The more you study his word the more you discover and understand his plan for your life. It tells you things to remove from your life, anger, bitterness, envy, those things could destroy you, get rid of them and become free in your spirit and walk in love.

You dont only love those who love you, you love those who you think are against you.

Get rid of fear, anger, unbelief , these are sins of the Spirit they can send someone to hell, they can stop you from fulfilling Gods purpose for your life, the anointing of God can lift from your life because of anger, get rid of them they will not work with Gods plan.

3.Timing

There is timing with God, the timing of God is important.
Why were you born at the time you were born? Why are you alive today? Isn’t there a reason for your coming, why didnt you come in the 1800 or in the days of Moses? why now? God has something to do with it

Esther 4: 1-14 Who does God want you to help, make sure you help, maybe you are the Esther that God has place in a strategic position and you are getting to know of situations where Gods children should be helped.

Maybe God placed you there because he knew that the time of trouble will come and you will be the one that can help.
Maybe you are the answer for such a time as this.

Ask yourself ‘Lord why am I in this place it must be for your glory’

Whatever gifts that God has given you find opportunities to use them for the glory of God. Ask yourself prayerfully ‘Lord what can I do for the ministry?’, how can I contribute? Giving in the ministry is not all about giving money , theres more.

There are abilities that you have, there are things God have given you opportunity to know, and sometimes this is needed in the ministry, become available bring in what the lord has taught you so the work of God can be advanced. Who knows if you have come to the kingdom at such a time as this.

Thou shall arise and have mercy upon zion for the time to favour her yea the set time is come. Psalm 102:13

Theres timing with God, what is that set time that God has for you, for what he wants you to do? Theres a set time and this is your set time.

HOW TO DISCOVER JESUS CHRIST AND YOUR SEARCH IS OVER.

Published

RHAPSODY OF REALITIES DAILY DEVOTIONAL ;

DISCOVER JESUS AND YOUR SEARCH IS OVER.

Saturday, November 7th.

Pastor Chris Oyakhilome;

For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus (1 Timothy 2:5).

Man doesn’t know reality until he finds Jesus, the Son of the living God. But who exactly is Jesus, the man of Galilee? First, He’s the Word- incarnate. This is an amazing truth. Think about it: Your word is the expression of who you are. It’s the expression of your views, opinions, thoughts, emotions, and ideas.

In the same way, the Word of God is the totality of God’s thoughts, ideas, opinions, will, and emotions. John 1:14 NKJV tells us that God’s Word was personified, and the result was the man, Jesus: “And the Word became flesh, and dwelt among us….”

His laughter was God laughing; His smiles were the smiles of God. When He stretched out His hand, that was God stretching out His hand. When He loved, it was God’s love manifested. Everything He did was the expression of God.

Secondly, He’s the character and essence of God. The Bible tells us something beautiful about Him in Hebrews 1:3: “Who being the brightness of his glory, and the express image of his person….” He’s the perfect personification of the abstract idealisation of God.

In the world, the term “God” doesn’t convey a person; it conveys an idea. God doesn’t make sense to the human mind, because they can’t find or define Him. The Bible, however, presents Jesus as God’s perfect imprint, the icon of the unseen God.

Thirdly, Jesus Christ is the glory of the Father. He’s the outshining of the Father’s glory, the radiance of the Father.

The world doesn’t understand why we can be so passionate about the man, Jesus. Until you know Jesus, God will only be an idea to you. Your search, however, stops when you meet this awesome, glorious, Lord of heaven and earth. That’s why we tell people, “Discover Jesus!” When you discover Him, you discover reality; you discover life.

CONFESSION

As Jesus is, so am I; I’m one with Him! In Him, I live, and move and have my being. I have His righteousness, life, and nature in me. I’m the effulgence of His glory and the express image of His person. Therefore, I think, act, and live as His perfect representation. Hallelujah!

FURTHER STUDY: || Colossians 1:15-19 Who is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn of every creature: 16 For by him were all things created, that are in heaven, and that are in earth, visible and invisible, whether [they be] thrones, or dominions, or principalities, or powers: all things were created by him, and for him: 17 And he is before all things, and by him all things consist. 18 And he is the head of the body, the church: who is the beginning, the firstborn from the dead; that in all [things] he might have the preeminence. 19 For it pleased [the Father] that in him should all fulness dwell; ||

|| Hebrews 1:1-4 God, who at sundry times and in divers manners spake in time past unto the fathers by the prophets, 2 Hath in these last days spoken unto us by [his] Son, whom he hath appointed heir of all things, by whom also he made the worlds; 3 Who being the brightness of [his] glory, and the express image of his person, and upholding all things by the word of his power, when he had by himself purged our sins, sat down on the right hand of the Majesty on high; 4 Being made so much better than the angels, as he hath by inheritance obtained a more excellent name than they. ||

But he that is joined unto the Lord is one spirit (1 Corinthians 6:17).

Published

on

Being born again, and having received the Holy Spirit, you’re one with the Lord.

But he that is joined unto the Lord is one spirit (1 Corinthians 6:17).

Being born again, and having received the Holy Spirit, you’re one with the Lord. He’s come to dwell within you and has mingled with your spirit.
His purpose from the foundation of the world was to be inseparably united with you.

He’s one with Jesus; He was so much one with Jesus that when Philip asked Jesus in John 14, “Show us the Father and we will be satisfied,” His response to Philip was, “Have I been such a long time with you and have you not known me, Philip?” Then He added, “Anyone who has seen me has seen the Father. I’m in the Father, and the Father is in me.”

He wanted us to understand His oneness with the Father, and that oneness with the Father is what He brought us into. 1 John 1:3 NKJV tells us,* “…truly our fellowship (our oneness, our union) *is with the Father and with His son Jesus Christ.”

Being born again, and having received the Holy Spirit, you’re one with the Lord.

Jesus prayed about this before He went to the Cross; referring to all those who’d believe in Him, He said, “That they all may be one; as thou, Father, art in me, and I in thee, that they also may be one in us…” (John 17:21). He so wanted us to be inseparably one with Him and the Father that the world wouldn’t be able to separate us from Him. And that’s what has happened. Even the angels are enthused by this, because they now look at us, and see Jesus! That’s Christianity—Christ in you; the Father’s Kingdom at work in you. Hallelujah!

1 Corinthians 1:9 says, “God is faithful, by whom ye were called unto the fellowship of his Son Jesus Christ our Lord.” This was all God ever wanted, but it was a mystery from the foundation of the world (Colossians 1:26-27). But blessed be God! The Lord Jesus gave us His life to make it possible. Now, anything that belongs to the Father belongs to us, because we’re one with Him; you’re His heir, and a joint-heir with Christ. Hallelujah!

PRAYER
Dear Father, what a great honour and privilege it is to be inseparably one with you. I’ll always be a victor, and walk in sync with your perfect will for me because you guide me in all things. Thank you for the guidance, promptings and blessings I receive through the Spirit, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.

FURTHER STUDY:
*Ephesians 5:30; *
For we are members of his body, of his flesh, and of his bones.

*Colossians 1:18; *
And he is the head of the body, the church: who is the beginning, the firstborn from the dead; that in all things he might have the preeminence.

John 15:5 AMPC
I am the Vine; you are the branches. Whoever lives in Me and I in him bears much (abundant) fruit. However, apart from Me [cut off from vital union with Me] you can do nothing.
