THE POWER OF THOUGHTS By PASTOR CHRIS OYAKHILOME

Thoughts are powerful, they are pictures of the mind that have constructive or destructive possibilities, they affect your emotions. Thoughts are sometimes imaginations, but they are more than imaginations, because imaginations are only pictures that come to you, but thoughts are created by you they are deliberate. They may be holding you in bondage or you may be experiencing glorious liberty as a result of your thoughts.

Until you change a man’s thinking you cannot change his state and therefore cannot change his estate. The quickest way to affect your thought is pictures, that is sight, that means you have to see something.

God said to Abraham you will have a son but he couldn’t believe God, neither did sarah. Then God asked Abraham to look at the stars if he can count them, he wanted to help him see, he wasn’t really concerned about the number of the stars, and for the first time Abraham believed, then God changed his name from Abram to Abraham. God had to change his thinking.

Abram meant exalted father or assumed father, one taken to be a father. Abraham means father of many.

Josh.6.2 – And the LORD said unto Joshua, See, I have given into thine hand Jericho, and the king thereof, and the mighty men of valour.

It’s whether you can see it, if he didn’t see, he wouldn’t have possessed it. You see with the power of your mind, your thoughts, your imagination. The extent of your vision is the boundary of your blessing, how far your vision can go is how much you can possess.

How far can you see? What are your thoughts saying?

Maybe the doctor had said something about your health and all you see is death, what can you see? the Lord cant do nothing for you until you see it. That’s why he gave you a mind so you can think.

Everything here came from the minds of men, Thomas Edison tried many times until he succeeded. Every time he failed he said he found one more way in which it will not work, and one step closer to the one that will work.

Don’t let your mind go everywhere, you choose the thought you accept. when a farmer lets wheats grow with weeds, the weeds will destroy the corn, dont let every thought come in, you choose the thoughts to accept.

The thought you choose to allow are the thoughts that will affect you. Choose the way your thoughts must go. As a man thinks in his heart so is he, your life goes in the direction of your thoughts.

It doesn’t matter what comes your way, or how it happened, you can make a choice not to remain in that situation.

Refuse to be limited by the knowledge of others. Some years ago malaria was known as a killer disease until they found out there was a cure.

The question for you is, is there a cure for cancer? you are the one to decide, whether or not they have a cure.

Saul had never heard anyone talk like David. David had a different kind of talk. David said you come against me with a sword but i come against you in the name of the lord.

When Goliath came towards David, David ran towards him. When david released the first blow Goliath was on the floor. That’s what can happen to that cancer. What do you see?

Sometimes you see what you don’t want to see, change your mind, change your thoughts. if you have to talk out, say I reject this thought in the name of Jesus.

Can you see your situation changing? your thoughts can hold you in bondage. You keep asking how, that’s what your problem is. Do you think God doesn’t know how? You don’t know who he is. The struggle for faith.

That is the stage where your faith is trained, tested and strengthened. you are trying to believe, you are hoping it’s going to work. Often this is where believing and faith collides. But if it didn’t work it was not faith. Sometimes you think you had faith but it wasn’t faith.

Faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen. Faith is the title deed, its proof. If I had faith for something it means i have proof for something.

Faith always works. There’s a big difference between believing and faith. when you believe you say “oh god i believe i thank you you are doing it for me” or “you have done it for me”. You will do the same thing the next day.

In faith you have possessed, it starts with your thinking, can you think right?.

Faith doesn’t try to recieve , faith doesn’t say I receive it in the name of jesus faith says I already have it.

I declare that I’m in Christ, born again and full of the Holy Spirit. He has my heart!

SEPTEMBER 14, 2020: HE HAS MY HEART!

I declare that I’m in Christ, born again and full of the Holy Spirit. He has my heart! I have the life and nature of God in my heart. There’s a change in my heart; a transformation inside. I experience transformation and glory in my soul and body as a result of the impact and influence of the life and nature of God in my spirit. The Kingdom of God is set up in my heart. The Holy Spirit finds expression in my heart, dispensing His love through me. Out of the good treasures of my heart, I bring forth good. I’m mightily blessed by the Holy Spirit. I’m a life-giver. Thank You dear Father, for setting up your Kingdom in my heart. With my heart, I envision and apprehend the realities of the Gospel and of our Kingdom-life. I pray for the unsaved around the world, that their hearts be open to receive the Gospel, and be saved; that your power for salvation will mantle their hearts even now, in Jesus’ Name. Amen. Hallelujah!

I declare that I'm in Christ, born again and full of the Holy Spirit. He has my heart!

It’s Important To Know And Use What You’ve Got In Christ

Rhapsody of Realities Confessions

SEPTEMBER 15, 2020: HE’S WITH ME AND IN ME!

I declare that the Holy Spirit is my comforter, helper, teacher, guide, standby, counsellor and advocate. He’s with me and in me; therefore, I can never be in the dark or miss my way in life. He lives in my heart and abides with me forever. I’m conscious of His presence in my life. Irrespective of what I may face in my life, divinity is at work in me! Greater is He that is in me than he that is in the world. I’m manifesting Christ; Christ in me, the hope of glory! Heaven is in me; The fullness of the Godhead is fully tabernacled in me, and expressed through me! Thank You dear Father, for the great honour and blessing of having Christ live in me by the Holy Spirit; by virtue of His indwelling and abiding presence, I’m infused with divine energy and supernatural wisdom to do the will of God, and live triumphantly over the devices of the evil one and the corrupting influences in this world. Hallelujah!
