Philippians 4:13 NIV “I can do everything through him who gives me strength.”

In your daily walk, learn to listen to godly friends and people whose lifestyle is from heaven, because it matters who you’re listening to.

TO THE BIBLE Genesis 3:11 TLB

“Who told you you were naked?” the Lord God asked. “Have you eaten fruit from the tree I warned you about?”’

LET’S TALK

Growing up, all Bernard ever heard from his parents were negative words. They always called him a good-for-nothing bumbler who would never amount to much. So it wasn’t a surprise that as a teenager, he showed no ambition or drive for anything. He had developed a negative perception of himself, and was never willing to work hard, because he thought, “Why bother? I’ll never get it right anyway.”

You see, the negative information Bernard had been fed over time controlled his thoughts and actions. That’s why it matters a great deal who and what you listen to. Your life is the expression of all you’ve built into it over time through the words and thoughts you received from those you’ve been listening to. You can’t be different from the information you’ve stored in your mind.

Now, you know information doesn’t only come from the people around you; you’ve also got to be careful of the programmes and movies you watch, the kind of music you listen to, and the books and magazines you read. This is so important, because it’s only a matter of time before what you’ve become as a result of the information you’ve accumulated will show up in your character and your life as a whole.

Take Paul’s advice seriously: “Remember your leaders, who spoke the word of God to you. Consider the outcome of their way of life and imitate their faith” (Hebrews 13:7). Choose to listen only to godly men and women who have the lifestyle of faith.

Go Deeper: 1 Corinthians 15:33, Hebrews 13:7

Pray: Dear Father, I choose today and always to follow after your Word, and live by what it says, for therein lies my prosperity, success, and total well-being, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.

Act: It’s time to clean house! Go through your collection of books, music, videos, etc and get rid of any that contain unwholesome material. Replace them with inspiring audio and video messages from the “Pastor Chris Digital Library” app.

I declare that I’m in Christ, born again and full of the Holy Spirit. He has my heart!

SEPTEMBER 14, 2020: HE HAS MY HEART!

I declare that I’m in Christ, born again and full of the Holy Spirit. He has my heart! I have the life and nature of God in my heart. There’s a change in my heart; a transformation inside. I experience transformation and glory in my soul and body as a result of the impact and influence of the life and nature of God in my spirit. The Kingdom of God is set up in my heart. The Holy Spirit finds expression in my heart, dispensing His love through me. Out of the good treasures of my heart, I bring forth good. I’m mightily blessed by the Holy Spirit. I’m a life-giver. Thank You dear Father, for setting up your Kingdom in my heart. With my heart, I envision and apprehend the realities of the Gospel and of our Kingdom-life. I pray for the unsaved around the world, that their hearts be open to receive the Gospel, and be saved; that your power for salvation will mantle their hearts even now, in Jesus’ Name. Amen. Hallelujah!

It’s Important To Know And Use What You’ve Got In Christ

Rhapsody of Realities Confessions

SEPTEMBER 15, 2020: HE’S WITH ME AND IN ME!

I declare that the Holy Spirit is my comforter, helper, teacher, guide, standby, counsellor and advocate. He’s with me and in me; therefore, I can never be in the dark or miss my way in life. He lives in my heart and abides with me forever. I’m conscious of His presence in my life. Irrespective of what I may face in my life, divinity is at work in me! Greater is He that is in me than he that is in the world. I’m manifesting Christ; Christ in me, the hope of glory! Heaven is in me; The fullness of the Godhead is fully tabernacled in me, and expressed through me! Thank You dear Father, for the great honour and blessing of having Christ live in me by the Holy Spirit; by virtue of His indwelling and abiding presence, I’m infused with divine energy and supernatural wisdom to do the will of God, and live triumphantly over the devices of the evil one and the corrupting influences in this world. Hallelujah!
