RHAPSODY OF REALITIES DAILY DEVOTIONAL

Paul told Archippus in Colossians 4:17, “Take heed to the ministry which you have received in the Lord, that you may fulfill it.”

It’s your responsibility to ensure you become all that God wants you to be and fulfill your God-given purpose in life.

TO THE BIBLE Ephesians 2:10 AMP

“For we are God’s [own] handiwork (His workmanship), recreated in Christ Jesus, [born anew] that we may do those good works which God predestined (planned beforehand) for us [taking paths which He prepared ahead of time], that we should walk in them [living the good life which He prearranged and made ready for us to live].”

LET’S TALK

On the eve of Brandon’s departure for college, his parents took him out for a special dinner. It was at the prestigious restaurant of a seven-star hotel, the best in the city. It was a beautiful evening and would certainly be one of the most memorable before his college life.

After a sumptuous meal, Mr. Simons looked at his son and said: “Son, life is a journey. It can be beautiful, but it can also be terrible. Your mum and I have great plans for you; we want you to have a great life and are playing our part, but how your life ultimately turns out is not up to us but you.”

How true! Similarly, God has a plan for every child of His; however, locating yourself in that plan and fulfilling His destiny for you is your responsibility. Paul told Archippus in Colossians 4:17, “Take heed to the ministry which you have received in the Lord, that you may fulfill it.” In other words, it’s not the Lord’s responsibility, but yours, to fulfill His calling and destiny for your life.

The way to go is simple. First, you must have a good knowledge and understanding of God’s Word. His Word is His Wisdom and Light (Proverbs 1:20, 23; Psalms 119:130). The Word is full of divine counsel that would guide you to know and function in God’s perfect will for your life. Next, you must yield yourself to the Holy Spirit. He is the One who would unveil the unknown to you and help you discover yourself in God’s dream.

I declare that I’m in Christ, born again and full of the Holy Spirit. He has my heart!

SEPTEMBER 14, 2020: HE HAS MY HEART!

I declare that I’m in Christ, born again and full of the Holy Spirit. He has my heart! I have the life and nature of God in my heart. There’s a change in my heart; a transformation inside. I experience transformation and glory in my soul and body as a result of the impact and influence of the life and nature of God in my spirit. The Kingdom of God is set up in my heart. The Holy Spirit finds expression in my heart, dispensing His love through me. Out of the good treasures of my heart, I bring forth good. I’m mightily blessed by the Holy Spirit. I’m a life-giver. Thank You dear Father, for setting up your Kingdom in my heart. With my heart, I envision and apprehend the realities of the Gospel and of our Kingdom-life. I pray for the unsaved around the world, that their hearts be open to receive the Gospel, and be saved; that your power for salvation will mantle their hearts even now, in Jesus’ Name. Amen. Hallelujah!

It’s Important To Know And Use What You’ve Got In Christ

Rhapsody of Realities Confessions

SEPTEMBER 15, 2020: HE’S WITH ME AND IN ME!

I declare that the Holy Spirit is my comforter, helper, teacher, guide, standby, counsellor and advocate. He’s with me and in me; therefore, I can never be in the dark or miss my way in life. He lives in my heart and abides with me forever. I’m conscious of His presence in my life. Irrespective of what I may face in my life, divinity is at work in me! Greater is He that is in me than he that is in the world. I’m manifesting Christ; Christ in me, the hope of glory! Heaven is in me; The fullness of the Godhead is fully tabernacled in me, and expressed through me! Thank You dear Father, for the great honour and blessing of having Christ live in me by the Holy Spirit; by virtue of His indwelling and abiding presence, I’m infused with divine energy and supernatural wisdom to do the will of God, and live triumphantly over the devices of the evil one and the corrupting influences in this world. Hallelujah!
