My son, give me your heart, and let your eyes observe my ways.

To love God and live for Him is to give Him your all–everything you are and have.

TO THE BIBLE Proverbs 23:26

“My son, give me your heart, and let your eyes observe my ways.”

LET’S TALK

Jamie, are you the only Christian on earth? The way you serve God these days is so over the top! Why don’t you just relax a bit!” Jane pleaded.

Jamie smiled and replied, “I just love the Lord so much, that’s why I serve Him with my whole being.”

Others might think you’re crazy for loving the Lord and serving Him this way, but no one is ever a fool for following and loving Jesus Christ. Living for Him and giving Him your very best is the highest calling and greatest honour (2 Corinthians 5:15).

This was David’s mentality as seen in 2 Samuel 24:24 (GNB) where he said, “…I will not offer to the LORD my God sacrifices that have cost me nothing…” For him, only the very best was good enough for God. No wonder he had so much wisdom and wealth.

When you give the Lord your all and trust Him with your life, He’ll make your life pleasurable and worth living. When you give Him the best of you and the best of what you have, He’ll reward you for your action of faith and trust. Walking with the Lord positions you for the glory-life; you become as a tree planted by the rivers of water, and everything you do prospers (Psalm 1:3). You experience maximum fulfillment and joy in life because your passion, emotions, desires, and appetites are founded on Christ. Hallelujah!

Go Deeper: Colossians 3:1-4, Isaiah 40:31, Deuteronomy 6:5 MSG

Pray: Dear Lord, my life is for your glory. I live to bring you honour as I serve you with passion and wholehearted devotion. Thank you for the opportunity to know and serve you, and to express your love and righteousness to my world. Amen.

Act: Spend some time in worship now. With hands lifted to heaven, express your love for your heavenly Father, and tell Him how grateful you are to be His beloved child.

I declare that I’m in Christ, born again and full of the Holy Spirit. He has my heart!

SEPTEMBER 14, 2020: HE HAS MY HEART!

I declare that I’m in Christ, born again and full of the Holy Spirit. He has my heart! I have the life and nature of God in my heart. There’s a change in my heart; a transformation inside. I experience transformation and glory in my soul and body as a result of the impact and influence of the life and nature of God in my spirit. The Kingdom of God is set up in my heart. The Holy Spirit finds expression in my heart, dispensing His love through me. Out of the good treasures of my heart, I bring forth good. I’m mightily blessed by the Holy Spirit. I’m a life-giver. Thank You dear Father, for setting up your Kingdom in my heart. With my heart, I envision and apprehend the realities of the Gospel and of our Kingdom-life. I pray for the unsaved around the world, that their hearts be open to receive the Gospel, and be saved; that your power for salvation will mantle their hearts even now, in Jesus’ Name. Amen. Hallelujah!

It’s Important To Know And Use What You’ve Got In Christ

Rhapsody of Realities Confessions

SEPTEMBER 15, 2020: HE’S WITH ME AND IN ME!

I declare that the Holy Spirit is my comforter, helper, teacher, guide, standby, counsellor and advocate. He’s with me and in me; therefore, I can never be in the dark or miss my way in life. He lives in my heart and abides with me forever. I’m conscious of His presence in my life. Irrespective of what I may face in my life, divinity is at work in me! Greater is He that is in me than he that is in the world. I’m manifesting Christ; Christ in me, the hope of glory! Heaven is in me; The fullness of the Godhead is fully tabernacled in me, and expressed through me! Thank You dear Father, for the great honour and blessing of having Christ live in me by the Holy Spirit; by virtue of His indwelling and abiding presence, I’m infused with divine energy and supernatural wisdom to do the will of God, and live triumphantly over the devices of the evil one and the corrupting influences in this world. Hallelujah!
