HOW TO PREPARE WATERLESS VEGETABLE SOUP
Ingredients: 1kg of fresh vegetable -fluted pumpkin leaves, 200g of water leaves, 4Ibs of goat meat, 100g of grinded crayfish, 300g of pearled clams, 100g of removed big periwinkles, stock fish, dried fish, fresh taste palm oil, fresh pepper, knorr cubes, onions, water, salt, etc.
Preparation: I washed and cut the water leaves and vegetables (fluted pumpkins) into tiny bits and set aside respectively.
I Washed and cut the goat meat, stock fish in bite-able sizes. Washed the removed big periwinkle, clams, dried fish and placed them on stove flame, add salt, 2 knorr cubes, onions slices, pounded fresh paper and stirred until it done. I added enough red palm oil, water leaves and boiled until no water remain in it, then I added another measured oil, and stirred, then I added the chopped pumpkin and the remaining items and boiled for 5minutes then, I served with fufu.
